Ground Rules

Do not hack ahead of time. You are allowed to plan beforehand, but no coding.


Do not sabotage or harm other teams, unless given express permission. This is a friendly competition.


Bring your own gear, including power strips and chargers. We may not have enough spare for everyone.


You are allowed to leave at any time. You are not required to stay until the end for judging.

FAQs

Do I have to go to Gonzaga to participate?

Students from other colleges and nearby high schools are encouraged to participate.


If I sign up, do I need to stay for the whole competition?

You are allowed to leave whenever. If you stay to the end you do not need to submit your project for judging.


Will there be food?

Yes food will be provided (lunch, dinner and snacks/coffee in the morning). Let us know of any allergies and we will do our best to accomidate.


Is it free? Do I need a team?

Yup, our hackathon is completely free. You can participate solo or with a team. We can also assign you to a team if you want, just reach out to our email!
